Chapter 21: Gioi (Food Review)

Introducing you, a new fusion restaurant at Senopati, Jakarta. Gioi is a combination of western and asian ( mostly Indonesian) food in one plate. The menus are not that much but yet, it's hard for you to choose. I went here with mom and we loved what we ate and drink. It is a bit pricy but the plate can be shared by two. The price , the portion and the place are all packed in the right combination.  Check their instagram : @ gioijakarta   for more details and I recommended this restaurant with a rating of 9/10. Definitely, I'll be returning here, for delicious food and comfy place to hang out. And I hope they are adding more tempting menu and maintaining the taste. Chapter 20 : Throwback Paris!

" We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us " " Traveling . It leaves you Speechless, then turns you into a storyteller. "   And totally, I just agree with these two quotes I found. Being in my 30's ( mid isn't far away) and realised how many places my friends have travelled and how little I have seen the beautiful world. I haven't explore any new places, just the same-old, again and again.  It's sad and I know but this seeing the world  wasn't a matter until the last two years. Yes, living in early 30's does change the way you see about every thing whether the things used to be mattered or not. Before, I wasn't that eager of travelling and now, I feel the urge of seeing the world and return to those places I went before and recapture everything.  It was my first time to go to Paris back in 2011 and I never thought I would fall in love with the city. I went there for a photography course purpose with few da...

Chapter 19 : D Journal (Food Review)

okay! once again I abandoned my blog, so once again, I started again and this time is by doing a food review. While I was waiting for my paw baby doing his operation, I decided to take a quick lunch at D Journal, Cilandak Square. My favourite food are Egg Benedict and Nachos with Mangolicious as my favourite drink or a mixed tea. I have tried D Journal's Egg Benedict in Grand Indonesia and Puri Mall and I had no problem with the taste. Unfortunately, this branch can't served the right Egg Benedict. The texture and their hollandaise sauce is weird, and the egg is not melted! #uh! It's just sad! - that some branches can't keep up with the main branch. As for the drink, it's still my favourite  Mangolicious Egg Benedict

Chapter 18 : Girls's Day Out

Say Hello, to the happening place in Jakarta - NEO SOHO and their futuristic design of the bridge. On the 6th of every month, me and my girls decided to hang-out and spend time for being lazy, gossiping and updating each others. This time, we decided to hang out at Central Park, and take a look and took quick photos.

Chapter 17 : 6Degrees Coffee

This is my second time visited 6 Degrees Coffee in Central Park and I got hooked with their egg Benedict. So I brought along my two friends and we decided to try: Spicy Beef Nachos, Egg Benedict , and Schnitzel. I love their beef nachos except it's too spicy for me - but it tastes good. Unfortunately, the egg Benedict wasn't as good as the first ones - a bit disappointing, while their Schnitzel was good except it was cold. As for the price, it's quite reasonable and you'll love the interior - a good place to hangout.
