Horay! Max 2 is here and I don't think this movie would even going to be released in Indonesia. Personally, I prefer Max 2 as it's more enjoyable. A story about Max, who become a white house hero not just he saved life, but he saved TJ's miserable into cheerful life. It is really entertaining, a light-hearted movie, suitable for family and children. The story about Max , US president's son, TJ, and Russian president's daughter, Alexandra. When TJ & Alex sneaked out to attend a party, there is a white van who tried to kidnap both of them . One of the kidnappers almost got TJ, but Max came to a rescue. TJ & Alex believe there's someone who tried to ruin the peace agreement between two nations and together with Max, they try to solve the mystery. I would rate 8/10 for its simplicity and the fun; moreover I love dogs, so I'm totally biased and this is truly a children's movie! so adult, if you are not into kids movie, don't complain :)
I know this isn't the latest Bollywood movie and I've heard bad reviews about this movie although this movie got good ratings. Kaabil (Capable) is about two blind couple who at first did not trust at love and marriage, but ended up believing it. Rohan Bhatnagar and Supriya got married but their marriage life destroyed few days afterwards. His wife got raped when Rohan went to work, and neither police believed in Su's story. Well, it's more like Rohan is the daredevil version of India. He revenged the death of his wife. I didn't have any expectation but I do like the movie. I know it's non-sense on how blind person could do made that strategy perfectly, but well, love conquers it all. I do like the chemistry of both of them, I like on how true love sees through heart not eyes, and it's just dreamy but dearly. My rate is 7.5/10 and expecting better ending though. Kaabil is a mixed of drama and suspense, predictable , emotional but yet you still want to see what Rohan could and would do to revenge.
2014 movie that made me curious because someone made a video of Ed Sheeran's song - Happier and put their scenes in it. Before we go made you wonder whether love like that exists. Nick and Brooke met at Grand Central Terminal, where Nick sees a woman running to catch the 1:30am train to Boston. At first, it was all about Nick tried to help brooke to get back home to Boston, to find her missing purse , but well, one thing leads another - ending up each of them solving each other love story problems. It is a bit long though, I did get bored as the storyline doesn't seem to have any climax, but somehow, you could still smiling while watching the movie. Nick as a character is so dreamy, make those who lost hope in love wondering whether there's such a guy in real life? I rate 5.5/10, it's sweet but doesn't have "aww" feeling. It touched your heart, but not touchy enough until you cried.
